| John, thanks for starting this thread.
When I look at those meals, they look like 800 calories or less per meal just looking at the pictures. If you only eat twice a day does that mean you’ve been eating 1600 calories a day or less for 6 months?
Also, how did you guys develop your meal plans? Just looked at what was low carb and started throwing stuff together to see what you liked or found recipes on the internet or what? | |
