Awesome info! Thanks for sharing!

Turns out my odd ways of eating are actually not as bad as I thought. :) lol
I will fast due to laziness in preparing a meal, I was raised on PB&J so I am totally burnt out on bread, (literally have a loaf that is 1 month old from the last time my sister visited, probably better toss it to the cats and birds...) and I love meat and cheese. And chinese food. Broccoli Beef with aside of grilled shrimp is actually good for you. Who knew? :)

I go just into Colorado for a good chiropractor, and load up on tax free food over there, which happens to mostly consist of lower grade cuts of steak, no tax on food makes it cheaper than buying ground beef in KS. any ground beef dish was usually accompanied by bread(burgers, tacos, etc) so the steak is actually helping me lose a little weight.

My biggest hurdle is cutting soda/pop out of my life. Probably my largest source of carb intake.

I need caffeine for truck driving, but I think its time to grow up and start drinking coffee like an adult... :)

My latest back injury has made extra weight extra painful, so I really didnt feel like eating, so I drank water, and laid around the house. Ended up dropping close to 20 lbs.
