Custer County, Nebraska

That blue in central to northern Nebraska represents more pasture acres than crop ground. Pasture has benefited from the continual rain, but make no mistake there is a vast difference between native grasses and introduced crops in the stresses they can take. This weather in that portion of Nebraska is a historical aberration.
