For those interested, tonight's meal of how we eat keto. We do not go hungry. Bacon and cheese wrapped chicken (we usually eat skin on for the extra fat but chicken breasts were on sale so she bacon wrapped them) Cheesy cauliflower rice (cauliflower that is kind of the consistency and structure so it kind of has the mouth feel of rice but without the carbs - pretty good) Olives, radishes, dill pickles. A boiled egg (sometimes we have deviled eggs) Sauerkraut (good levels of vitamin K2 and good for gut health) A sample of pickled okra. Salad consisting of bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, cucumbers with a salad dressing consisting of avocado oil, coconut vinegar, salt, pepper and Italian seasoning blend. Yum. Had about a dozen blueberry's, three strawberries, and four hazelnuts for a light desert. Lost 90 94 pounds eating like this. John Edit: wife complained that I posted it. She would have presented it more "pretty" had she known it was going to be published. She is quite the cook, actually.
