You are welcome. I put it out there not as some kind of crusade trying to get people to change. I put it out there with the intention that if someone happens to be looking for a positive change, and it fits their needs, that the information will be of benefit to them. I have spent a few hundred hours researching this, and if my research can help someone else seek a direction that is beneficial to them, that is reward for me. It is not for everyone and I am not claiming such. People that are metabolically healthy can eat a whole lot of things that I just can't any more to maintain my health. I suspect there are others out there that can benefit from making similar changes that I have made and I hope the information I present can help them in that pursuit. John |
