| Thanks for the reminder, I was approaching pre diabetes a couple years ago at my yearly physical. It was a wake up call, I lost 8 lbs last year when I went in and numbers had dropped, I haven't been in this year but I'm down at least another 15 lbs. I also have had some back problems and knee pain, it's pretty much gone now. I'm doing a similar Keto/low carb/high good fat diet, but weather and market stress has maybe derailed me the last couple months. Its time to get that last 30-40 lbs gone. | |
