Unless belts, bearings and sections are special or went up in the last month, that's still alot.

Still I would have thought that a NEW machine could go a year with out breaking a belt or bearing.(since a claas is what 3/4 million?)

I mean all I carry is an ammo box of sections and guards and a ice cream bucket of bearings and a belt(that looks like it should be replaced, but I'm waiting until it needs to be). Oh well, I'll stick with my 'old' equipment.

Most new lexions are covering 2-4k acres with 1 machine. The couple year old machines arent spending much money. I liked my 8820 but to cover 4k acres that thing would be pretty thin after a couple years.

Lexion has the thickest wear parts. You want to compare new very hard for the competition to even get close to cost of ownership of the Lexion.

The one i just got is 15 years old and 3k hours. Only a couple bearings arent original. And some belts are original.
