Yes, support for Hesston is better. There's also so many around that others tend to know how troubleshoot and share parts around. Although the guys running the Krones claim it's not really an issue because they are so well made they just run.
Last couple of years I've gone from selling mostly export hay to all export hay. So what the presses like is a concern as well.
