I would say that what you call four hoses would go to the SCVs. What you call returns I would call case drains and must go to the case drain port below the stack. If that is the way they are connected then I don't know what else to suggest.

I run a planter with two vac pumps and the CCS pump as well as a spray pump without issues on an 8310R, although I found I did need to move things around so my spray pump runs off of SCV #2 as it didn't seem stable on #5. My total flow is much less than yours.
