just a tish NE of central ND | yep...... I think it the instant cooling that makes it so good out of the tank. Fresh and no age on it, and no handling of it yet.We at one time took warm milk in a glass half gallon container up to the house and let the refrigerator cool it........ Then we also dipped in the milk cooler tank with a pitcher and got fresh milk as soon as the tank shut off cold.Same cows, same barn, same milk , but the milk that was agitated to cooling point in short order was WAY better tasting than that what we took to the house and put in the fridge and left to cool in a still glass container.
I do miss the fresh whole milk from the tank....nothing compares.
