Don't know all the rules but limited to 25 animal units per acre seems like a pretty bad deal when a 2400 head hog barn doesn't take up much space. Or when a guy weans his 60 claves in a lot that sits on 1 acre or less. Or a Monoslope or Garvo style barn with 50-60 fats on less than 10% of an acre.
