You have a closed center load sense hydraulic system. I want to say on the small frame 30 series puts out 30 gal/min or so. You have more than enough hydraulics to run that planter. Install a case drain kit which is pretty easy and your ready to go.

Edited to add: Load sensing is only on closed center systems. Basically with no hyd activated your pump is at rest at around 450 psi. When you activate a hyd function it senses how much pressure it takes to do the work and raises pressure accordingly.
