That is the exact lack of knowledge these people count on when they introduce such legislation. Then in a few years they can fund a UN study that says anything over 15 is inhumane, then after a few more years it is 5, then climate change is going to kill us all because of cow farts and it is 0. That is how they shift the Overton window to their liking, nice and slow, we are already a good 100 years into this phase.
