The mess up on Iowa law was not putting in a specific time period. This county is going after the review loophole given by last year's court case of a cafo being sued by a neighbor a few months after it started. Iowa needs to add a timeframe like we have here. "Any farming operation that has operated in the same manner for two consecutive years is immune to any nuisance action."
