Thats an odd one. Just keep a close watch. Listeria is not too uncommon in goats. Usually starts with the head down and drooling. Progresses to head tilting and circling. Then they go down and will die without treatment.
One other thing can cause neurological signs in goats is thiamin deficiencey but the symptoms are usually a little different.
