One way I like to look at is such:

You’ll have the ag leader monitor dedicated to recording your yield information that You are familiar with. Ag Leader also has the ability to back calibrate yield data. Deere can’t do that.

You’ll also have a separate monitor that you can strictly use to monitor machine parameters and settings being the 2630.

Keeping these separate is nice because you don’t have to go through a bunch of different pages on the 2630. You can just view the combine page and on the ag Leader you can view your yield map.

If you already have the ag Leader components and all you need is cabling. You’re looking at 1800$. If you go the John Deere route your looking at purchasing a SF3000 and possibly an AutoTrac activation for the 2630. The AutoTrac activation alone will cost you 3500$. That being said I think I know what I’d go with! Ag Leader.
