SE SD | H&S seem to be tough enough, but I am not a balls to the walls type guy either.
(I break it ...I fix it).
This rake has a tendency to carry hay over the wheel and get all wound up on the back side in the bearing.
Wheels hang up, and your out with your knife cutting and removing wound up tight
wads of hay......even more pleasant if thistles are evolved.
I know guys are going to holler WIND GUARDS!........got'em....no difference.
Have never used it on corn stalks, nor will it be, as long as I own it.
(I break it....I fix it) stalks are a rake and balers enemy. MO
I believe ours is 16 wheel.. It's has the extension on the front.
Go for more wheels...... The more of an angle you can keep, the better job it does.
Spread it out wide and plan to be disappointed.
