Rich, there is some amino acid that hogs need and that is lacking in DDG. Can't think of the name of it off the top of my head.


Way back when I had hogs I used to feed them the same feed I got for the milk cow. I'd get some sweet chop custom steam rolled at the elevator in town with some milo/sorghum, barley, and oats. Seems the sorghum was always a bit cheaper than corn and not difference in feed value. Corn might have been a bit more palatable,especially to cows but after they got used to it they didn't care one way or the other.
