I will check that out. I checked wires and calibration numbers. The speed seems to be right and I haven’t had any issues with it. I will check the flowmeter and check while spraying thanks!


Even if the speed seems correct, check the Area/hr since it might be zero. The Area/hr could be zero if the boom widths somehow got changed to zero OR there is an internal problem with "boom sense". When I worked as a tech I saw instances where the diodes on the main circuit board got "fried" and thus the system was not correctly informed that some or all the booms were on. With the circuit boards at that time it was possible to replace the diodes fairly easy.

If you see reasonable speed and Area/hr then the problem is likely with the flow meter or its cabling.
