Can you blow air through the first filter? Or if you pull the line on the pump side of the first filter and pressure the tank does fuel run through easy?
I found this in the eye with the barb on it on the tank side of first filter, it was in the barb.
We let it pump quite a bit of fuel out of the second filter bleeder.
