Whitehouse | This is a lot to bite off, and hard to properly diagnose without service advisor, however, educated guess, due to fuel contamination the suction control valve has or is sticking causing erratic fuel rail pressure. Possible injectors sticking too. At the point you are at, it is too late to save them. There is a fuel cleanup system that can be used, but at this point is is likely to make things worse. A quick check would be to pull the rail pressure sensor and check the top of it for a buildup as in the picture I have attached, then flush out the orifice with brake cleaner and see what comes out. If anything is found I highly recommend replacing the suction control valve, rail pressure relief valve and the pressure sensor to start with. It’s an expensive endeavour to replace injectors, but if contamination has been found in the system, it is likely they are damaged as well. Have seen multiple issues of this, some have also resulted in piston damage from sticking injectors causing detonation and breaking the top ring land off of the piston.
How deep you want to go is up to you. This advice is also worth what you have paid for it without seeing the tractor in person.
Piston damage can be picked up on generally with a compression test, but visual inspection is the only sure fire way to spot damage.
