NW Washington | The 28% liquid fertilizer is basically water and dissolved nitrogen fertilizer. It has about 3 pounds of actual nitrogen per gallon of solution. As mentioned it will "burn " leaves, so put it on the soil, if your plants need nitrogen. Too much nitrogen is usually not a good thing.
