It’s a danfoss pvg valve stack. Flint Hydraulics in Memphis TN, is probably the largest dealer in the country for them. They build them to your spec. The can be as simple as an on off “bang bang” style with 12v on off controls to as complex as a proportional system with a computer brain. Closed or open center.
This is a simple bang bang style with 12v on and off with loadsense. The industrial Steigers have a closed center load sense hydraulic system. It works great but it is all or nothing on the flow (which is what you want for scrapers). It does have notched spools which cushion the on off.

The joysticks came from Ruffy controls. They are a simple 8 way joystick, each stick controls two banks of valves. They just have 12v power ran through them and are on off. Believe it or not it was very hard to find a joystick that would work. Lots of internet searching and I found these. Most joysticks are 0-5v and have Hall effect switches.
