It is a demo model 660, so has less than 1000 bales. Just starting to get polished up good. The routing is correct, after the first mistake of loading it wrong. We are using sunfilm plastic. I will check the rollers for foreign material. Thanks to everybody for the advice. There is definitely a learning curve with one of these.
