How fast are you going? Pressure should be 40 psi if you are going 12mph with those tips and spacing. "Here" I would be using 8004 for that rate. What rate is the monitor saying in the top right corner?

This ^^^^^

With tips that big the controller is trying to keep you from putting on 50 gallons per acre, so it dials the pump speed back to compensate. There might be a limit to how slow you can actually turn the product pump and get any flow at all.

Particularly having the pressure set at 100 psi when no spraying you are probably dumping out 80 gallons per acre in that first inch when you snap the booms on, and the controller has a panic attack at doing 5 or more times the specified rate. This is exactly what the controller is supposed to do.
