First try not to consider yourself a failure.  How anyone could do what she did on father's day is unbelievable. I hope everything works out for you - put your kids first as much as you can and don't forget yourself.

If it is truley over you probably know it - if there is a chance to reconcile I hope you can.

Unfortunetly a lot of people have to go through this.  I know when a friend of mine went through something very similar we used to do a ton of talking (He probalby wore this song out http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mguR8w1hpO4&feature=related - but it made him laugh.

Hopefully, you have someone you can trust to talk to.
