If the batteries have any side wall budge I'd replace. They are not cheap, around $300 for the pair
As far as the code goes you could have a bad relay in that relay box, or you need to check your connection on your def lines under your step. If one of those heater connectors is bad, you will get codes. How many hrs are on your hoses? Make sure your main connector is corroded on the module, also being yours is a '11 model yr, is your module under the step or cab?
77 degrees F = 25C I think it might be off at those ohms, that doesn't mean it doesn't go haywire when hot. I'd get one on hand and swap if it does it again, or just do it to be sure while down.
