Southern Idaho | According to Scott Irwin anything that is believed to be prevent plant is counted as planted. So in South Dakota 44 percent could actually be more like 35 percent with 9 percent of it being prevent plant. He had some data that indicated this was true based on how quickly they made progress compared to other states, but seemed like he was just guessing at how much. I was thinking south Dakota progress this week and next would be interesting for that reason. Expect a very large jump in SD progress next Monday. It's going to be hard to figure out exactly how much PP there is.
