Don't be afraid to try counseling. Mine was by myself and did help. You need to find people who know you. They will tell you when you are not being reasonable or acting out of character. If you can find some who have no connection to her that is better yet. Don't ignore family. Be aware there are some who will prey on your situation. Also look for people with first hand experience who are past the anger and guilt and have moved through forgiveness. It will sound like a foreign language, but you will get there as well.

For the nasty part of the game there is plenty of information to be had, just ask. The more simple questions you ask friends the cheaper. Often attorneys are poor at answering questions State to state the rules vary, but some hold true everywhere. Divorce care is a great group check into it. Local churches often carry it. Make sure you eat and find things to clear your head occasionally. Good health will help you a lot.
