Colby, Kansas | I echo Tom's concearns about the smaller seed, the "points" of the kernel protruding out the hole can be a problem. We have ran cyclo air's of varying vintage 800, 900, 955 since the mid 90's, we really had never had a problem until this year, we planted some extremely large plateless, had a tough time keeping the cells of the drum filled during its rotation. Medium flats or Medium flat large (MFL in the old Garst system) work the best for us.
