Probably the closest thing would be Trimble's Outdoor GPS App. I just downloaded it on my BB Storm. Can't think of any apps that will let you collect an attribute a waypoint of better yet, a shapefile. I did run across an app that lets you design your own form, which can pull GPS coordinates and pics, and imbed that in the form as well. Think the name was MyFormsGenie. Don't know if it's available for iPhones or not. Quick Google search would answer that though.
