Centralia, MO
My state's county courts have the stupidest system for picking jurors I've ever seen. The computer sends out notices based on the county your address's city is located in, not where your address actually is. Therefore I have gotten called by the neighboring county several times. The initial questionnaire clearly states that you are excused if you don't live in the county so I mark that and send it back and never hear about it again. With this system, a long as I don't move I'll never have to serve unless it's a federal court.
