Made by Voss, R.G. Ray, Breeze, and others. Proper term is T-bolt clamp. Your picture has the T-bolt with no spring under the nut. Some add a spring for temperature compensation, typical in Charge Air Cooler piping on diesel engines. Any sprayer parts source will have them as they are commonly recommended on R4 type [Helical wire reinforced] suction hoses.
