I would second trying to change head speed. There also was a hearing change with the sprockets for the auger that will help. I will try to get to the machine shed and see how many teeth they are. Koomia makes a more aggressive front feed roll with bolt on teeth. Serrated for corn and smooth for grass. It will extend the grab of the front roll and help pull it in. Had this set up on our 6850 with 645B until I traded it. Now have it on my 6910 spare chopper as well.
