I have a Raven 450 connected to a GS1 with a Field Doc Connect cable. I am recording my spraying applications this year. Everything works fine, except the right/left booms are flip-flopped on my applied maps in Apex. I just have three boom switches on the sprayer, even though the Raven 450 has six available. Any way to set them up the other way?
How do you have your booms setup on the Raven? Boom 1 (Black wire) is expected to be the Left boom, Boom 2 (Brown wire) is expected to be the center boom and Boom 3 (Blue wire) is expected to be the right boom with a Raven setup for three booms. Left and Right are referenced from standing behind the sprayer in the direction of travel. They don't have to be this way but this is the normal logical arrangement.
I don't have experience with the GS1 and Field Doc but I am surprised that Field Doc has them reveresed.
Possibly you have them reversed. If you do, you could switch Boom 1 and Boom 3 but if you've gotten used to using them in the other order, it may be hard for you to change.
If not, the problem must be with the Deere side of things.
