| Hired a guy this year, said he new how to run the sprayer, plant, irrigation systems, combine, picker you name it he'd done it. Figured if he can do half what he say he can that would be good. Really need another hand to help with irrigation then. Well turned out he didn't know a dang thing about really anything famr related. The best comment from this guy was when he asked one of my main guys what was growing in the field. My man said "well thats cotton", Then he proceeds to ask if we make the jeans on the place. Oh man we got a good laugh out of that. Needless to say I stright up told him that we no longer had a job for him. Cut him loose sooner rather than later before he really screws something up. | |
