Bottom line in my mind--you got the wrong guy. If he lied that is on him. If it is just not working out, that is how it is. But it sounds like it is both a waste of money and not accomplishing the goal you want it to. The goal he agreed to work with you to reach.
Have a chat with him. Honest and strait forward. Tell him what you like and don't like. Tell him that you feel for the operation to succeed you need him to produce the results he agreed to help you produce. If that is not going to happen you will have to move on... |
