Define a "jury of your peers".

JDH, can you see any way of improving the court system to better accomodate jurors? It looks pretty broken to me & it's not the jurors or potential jurors faults.

Like I said, you might as well call it your "vacation time", because you can forget about getting much else done, even though you may not be at the courthouse either.

Yes, I'll acknowlege that the court will FORCE you to become a juror. Those are the kind of people you want as your peers, right? I think the Army realizes that when using a draft system compared to a volunteer system.
