Brazilton KS
I have a summons for next month right now. I've had many in the past. Some have been at inopportune times. I've only had to report once, and I regret to say that I forgot the date in that instance and ended up receiving a phone call that morning because I wasn't there. I hot-footed into the courthouse (along with about ten other people who also had forgotten) where we eventually learned the party decided that yes, he DID do it after all and plead guilty. I don't think I would have been the defense's first choice because the crime was theft of NH3, and we were getting hit about once a month at the time, but I was there and ready to serve. I'm kinda looking forward to my date next month. There is no good reason I can't do it. I think I'm reasonably qualified. Someone has to do it. I'll bet I'd be better then a lot of potentials.
