Send the letter back with a good explanation. I was sent a letter for jury duty when I was 15 years old! I mailed it back saying I wasn't even 16 and got out of it. Last spring I got another jury duty letter when finishing up college and wrote that it was not feasible to serve on a jury when I had finals to take. They let me off on that one as well. Good luck.
