That's easy to do. One case I was called on involved a factory worker who was crushed against a wall by a forklift. The judge asked the pool if any of us had ever owned or driven a forklift.

The remaining pool was all women.

Incidentally, the injured man was suing the forklift maker, not the driver. The driver had no money.
