I had the same letter and I did fill it out like I was instructed to do. Then I received the instructions about the court info....along with a LOT of other info that I really didn't want to get about the procedure. On the form that I got about the court procedings there was a little area to fill out if I "you" did not feel that you were fit to be part of the jury. I stated on that part of the form that it would be a major problem for my employer if I were not able to able to be at my job due to jury trial (small company, so every employee is critical). I did not receive anything back asking me to attend. That was my experience about a year ago. Good Luck!!
