Just ran some possible late planting yields with local harvest time bids, 130 bpa corn grosses $131 more per acre than 45 bpa beans at the same delivery point. You’d have to reallly be betting on the come to think those bean acres are attractive, especially if you’ve already got a commitment of nitrogen fertilizer that’s applied.
