WNY
What accuracy is "good enough" ?

If your harvesting equipment matches up with your planter so you don't have to run on the guess row then WAAS should work for making staighter rows and allow you to utilize an automated steering system. If you need to run an implement over the guess row then you will probabally want to look at a higher accuracy system in my opinion.

I sell Trimble so I am biased, but for someone just starting in guidance my advice would be to talk with the dealers around for a few brands and buy from the one that seems to know the most about their product and is capable of servicing / supporting that equipment.

It will be worth more than a couple dollars if you can get some help when you need it.
