The adjuster documents the prevent plant claim and forwards their report to the crop insurance provider who in turn forwards it to RMA who makes the final determination as to whether a Prevent Plant claim will be approved and paid. This all takes place after the late planting period. If RMA says "no pay," you are screwed. Kinda risky if you are the only one in an area that does not get planted. Pray for good weather!!
