There is usually a lot of confusion and misinformation about pp on this site. You have laid out the rules very well here. And you evidently have a good agent who is ahead of the curve in getting this information out to his clients.

I would just add that the final plant dates might vary a bit from area to area. However, yours are the same as ours.
