Southwest Michigan | I raise a few feeders and put together a new feeder for them. I am tired of all the mud. I feed beer mash and ground corn mostly. What distance should I have between the J bunk and the top guard rail? Usually they are 500-1200lbs when they are in this pasture.
I temporarily have it at 17”, no animals have used it yet.
