Elsmore, Kansas | In all honesty I would prefer a 2310 JD mulch finisher over anything but there r zero used ones even anywhere near local to be bought and I'm uncertain as to how much residue a person can run thru one. This is why I was thinking the 330/335 might be a good option. I really dont know what to do. I have been just using the sprayer for the past several yrs to control weeds and I have liked that approach but weeds keep getting tougher and tougher to control and chems seem to be just getting more expensive every yr. I know it's not free or even cheap to own, maintain and operate tillage equipment but I'm thinking long term it might be cheaper than chems.
Edit: plus it seems we deal with damp conditions at harvest so we dont leave ruts but do leave small tracks thru the field in places that need to be managed so 1 pass of tillage would help to keep the fields level any how and get rid of those early weeds.
