| I think what you want is called Rsync or cwRsync. It's a program you can set up to sync any file that changes to another drive. I believe you can pick and choose which files/directories get synced.
I didn't set it up, but I used it at work. It was nice knowing if some file got whacked, one could easily go to the sync drive and copy over a recent version.
