NW IA | This post is a bit old, but I feed several Angus Holstein crosses in the same pen as straight "Steins. They get whole shelled corn and Vita Plus Sirloin Builder pellets from Smidley Steer Stuffers.
I get them as babies and they never see hay. If I have round bales of soybean stubble I keep that pushed up to the guard rail fence, doesn't always happen but I do prefer having it there.
I have been very pleased with how they turn out. | |
